Sales Executive

Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal
candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to
thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. This role involves cold outreach, lead generation,
customer relationship management, and the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Outreach: Perform extensive cold outreach through LinkedIn and email to
    generate leads and prospects.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Handle and execute the entire sales cycle from lead
    generation to closing deals.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong customer
    relationships and trusted partnerships to optimize profitability, revenue, and customer
    satisfaction.
  • Revenue Model: Build a reproducible revenue model and set appropriate metrics for
    sales pipeline generation, accurate pipeline reporting, and sales forecasts.
  • Goal Setting: Set specific quarterly or annual sales goals and work diligently to achieve
    them.
  • Problem Resolution: Manage and resolve customer or business problems and
    roadblocks efficiently and effectively.
  • Sales Monitoring: Monitor sales activities to ensure progress in the sales close cycle
    and promptly address areas requiring attention and correction.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A college or university Degree in Business, Marketing, Life sciences or
    related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  •  Communication Skills: Strong and demonstrated written and verbal communication
    skills.
  • Startup Experience: Comfortable working in a startup environment where developing
    and refining the sales playbook is part of the process.
  • Leadership: An empathetic leader who is passionate about building and executing a
    go-to-market model with a mission-driven team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Sales Tools: Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics software.
  • Other Tools: Familiarity with LinkedIn, email, Canva, Zoom, Loom, Pipedrive.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust strategies
    accordingly.
