FluoPgp is a novel substrate which is highly specific for P-gp transport and as sensitive as the standard substrates for radiolabeled and LCMS detection methods in vesicular transport assays. Implementing FluoPgp as a marker substrate in vesicular transport assays reduces your time to data and is inexpensive in analysis.
This product contains FluoPgp solution. FluoPgp is a fluorescent substrate of P-glycoprotein that is applicable in both cell based and vesicular transport assays.
